A house on Jalan Cibiru V, Kebayoran Baru demolished by joint officers of South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-Department, army/police, Tuesday (8/11). The effort was done as it violate the regulation of building height.
We only demolished one floor only based on the existing building permit
Head of South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-Department, Syukria acknowledged that though the building permit (IMB) remains exist, but the owner must process the new permit in South Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) office.
“The owner protested about the demolishment, but we must force him to propose new permit. We only demolished one floor only based on the existing building permit,” he enlightened.
